Abstract:
The present invention relates to producing honey by mixing, in a weight ratio of 90-95: 5-10, honey, from which water is removed through low temperature heating using a bathing method, and a cinnamon distillate produced by mixing primary and secondary distillates collected in the order of distillate circulation heating, primary collection of the distillate until the volume reaches 85% of the volume of initial water in which cinnamon is immersed, distillate circulation heating, and secondary collection of the distillate until the volume reaches 65-75% of the volume of initial water in which cinnamon is immersed. Therefore, the present invention can provide a honey product, which enables the efficacy, taste, and scent of cinnamon to be doubled while allowing the efficacy and texture of honey to be stand out more, is enjoyable to eat, has excellent taste and scent, and prevents thirstiness after eating, and thus can be consumed anywhere and at anytime while being portable.
