Abstract:
A method for producing a hot-stamped aluminum case and a hot-stamped aluminum case produced by the method according to the present invention increases the tensile strength and elongation of an aluminum alloy, optimizes processes for a stable dimension, a post-processing treatment and an increased yield thereof, and prevents defects, such as pinholes, shrinkage, cracking and blow holes, during process performance, thereby enhancing the physical properties. Further, process performance is easy, thereby reducing the cost and time for processing an aluminum alloy material, while maintaining excellent physical properties of the alloy such as strength and hardness.
