Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of solid waste processing. The plasma pyrolysis of waste is carried out with the aid of one or more plasmotrons so that slag and pyrogas are formed, the pyrogas being purified to remove solid particles, tar and gaseous impurities. The purified pyrogas, which is heated by the heat of the initial pyrogas stream, is separated into two streams. The first stream of purified pyrogas is passed into a gas-turbine unit, which is fitted with an electrical generator and generates electrical power, and then into a waste heat boiler which generates superheated steam. The second stream of purified pyrogas is passed to a stage of purification from carbon dioxide and then to a Fischer-Tropsch based hydrocarbon production stage. The hydrocarbons are then separated into methane, light hydrocarbon fractions, kerosene and diesel fuel. The separated methane is delivered as two separate streams to a steam reforming stage and to a carbon dioxide reforming stage, during which stages an additional amount of synthesis gas is produced which is delivered to the Fischer-Tropsch based hydrocarbon production stage. The invention makes it possible to develop a process for the deep refining of gaseous products of the plasma processing of solid waste with the production of an additional amount of hydrocarbons.
