Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for producing a hydrogen-containing water product for beverages which contains a functional raw material and others, whereby it becomes possible to prevent the decrease in a dissolved hydrogen concentration in hydrogen-containing water during filling, to achieve the addition of the functional raw material and others in desired amounts, and to prevent the contamination in a production apparatus.
[Solution] A method for producing a hydrogen-containing water product for beverages, including the step of filling hydrogen-containing water in an openable container and then sealing the container, said method being characterized in that water-soluble capsules are introduced into the openable container before, during or after the step of filling the hydrogen-containing water.
