Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing ignition coals and ignition coals produced thereby and, more specifically, to a method for producing ignition coals and ignition coals produced thereby, wherein the method produces ignition coals with a mixture of loess and elvan with coconut shell charcoal powder so as to allow the ignition coals to emit far-infrared radiation when meat is broiled, whereby the meat is uniformly cooked without being burnt. The method for producing ignition coals according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) mixing anthracite, loess and elvan with coconut shell charcoal powder; (b) making the mixed material adhesive by means of moisture using vapor (steam); (c) preparing ignition coals by high-pressure forming the adhered material into a certain shape by means of a molding machine; (d) drying the molded ignition coals to be solidified; and (e) sealing the solidified ignition coals in plastic packaging.
