Abstract:

The invention pertains to medicine, specifically to orthopaedics. The invention can be most effectively applied in the production of individual orthopaedic insoles. The method involves the following steps: a negative model (11) of the foot surface (10) is formed from a loose moulding material (2) using vacuum hardening; the model is corrected and a positive model (15) obtained from it. A novelty of the method is the fact that the negative model (11) is formed using at least one flat elastic cover (1) capable of moving freely and containing the loose moulding material (2); correction of the negative model (11) is done on the surfaces corresponding to the regions and zones of the foot (10) requiring therapeutic treatment and is based on a plan impression (12) of the regions and zones of the foot (10) requiring therapeutic treatment and indicated on the foot by markers.
