Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of producing iron phosphide (FeP), a positive electrode for a lithium secondary battery, comprising the iron phosphide (FeP) produced thereby, and a lithium secondary battery comprising same. When the iron phosphide (FeP) is applied to a lithium secondary battery, the iron phosphide (FeP) adsorbs to lithium polysulfide (LiPS) produced during charging/discharging of the lithium secondary battery, thus increasing the charging/discharging efficiency and improving lifetime characteristics of the battery.
