Abstract:
The disclosed method includes: a step for producing a first laminated sheet that laminates an insulating functional layer, which comprises an un-baked ceramic material, and a semiconductor layer that arrays in columns and rows a plurality of conductors that configure a portion of a circuit element; a step for producing a second laminated sheet in the same manner; a step for cutting the first laminated sheet into rod shapes, resulting in a first laminated stick; a step for similarly cutting the second laminated sheet, resulting in a second laminated stick; a step for rotating the second laminated stick 90° and sandwiching the second laminated stick between a first laminated stick and a first laminated stick, and then thermo-compression bonding to integrate the result, resulting in a third laminated sheet; a step for turning the third laminated sheet into chips by cutting the third laminated sheet in columns and rows in a manner so that each chip contains a first laminated body that is a portion of a first laminated stick and a second laminated body that is a portion of a second laminated stick; and a step for baking the resulting un-baked chips, resulting in a sintered body that integrates the first laminated body and the second laminated body.
