Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a safe and stable method for producing liposomes. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing liposomes comprising: a step for mixing an aqueous phase and an oil phase, which is produced by dissolving at least one lipid in an organic solvent, and stirring the lipid-containing aqueous solution; and a step for causing the organic solvent to evaporate from the liposome-containing aqueous solution obtained by the stirring step. The organic solvent is a solvent mixture of a water-soluble organic solvent and an ester-based organic solvent.
