Abstract:
According to the preferred embodiment of the present inventions, the method for producing liquefied manure from livestock excretions by an autothermal aerobic process using Bacillus sp. comprises: a first solid-liquid separation step for separating solid feces from liquid urine using a solid-liquid separator for the preliminary treatment of livestock excretions; a first low gas phase fermentation step for transferring the liquid substance obtained in the first solid-liquid separation step into a low gas fermentor, injecting the Bacillus sp., inducing the formation of spores of Bacillus sp. by a jet aerator, and performing an autothermal reaction; a second solid-liquid separation step for removing solids from the liquid substance fermented in the first low gas phase fermentation step using a high-speed centrifuge; a high gas phase fermentation step for promoting the germination and proliferation of Bacillus sp. using a jet aerator and blower and performing autothermal reaction after transferring the liquid substance which has undergone the second solid-liquid separation step into a high gas fermentor; a second low gas phase fermentation step for transferring the liquid treated in the high gas phase fermentation step into a second low gas fermentor, inducing the germination and proliferation of Bacillus sp. through a jet aerator, and performing an autothermal reaction; and a liquefied manure storing step for storing the liquid treated in the second low gas phase fermentation step.
