Abstract:

A nozzle unit (20) comprises a blow nozzle (23) having a supply port (23a), and a preliminary supply tube (28) having at the lower end thereof a preliminary supply port (28a). This method for producing a liquid-filled container involves: an air-discharging step for discharging air inside a preform (2) to the outside by supplying a liquid (L) from the preliminary supply port (28a) located at the bottom (2c) of the preform (2) into the preform (2); a liquid blow-molding step for molding the preform (2) into a liquid-filled container (C) by supplying pressurized liquid (L) into the preform (2) from the supply port (23a); and a head space-forming step for forming a head space (H) by discharging liquid (L) from inside the liquid-filled container (C).
