Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a liquid food that makes it possible to reduce the content of histamine contained in the liquid food by a simple configuration. The method for producing a liquid food includes a strongly acidic cation-exchange resin contact step for bringing a liquid food containing histamine into contact with a strongly acidic cation-exchange resin and adsorbing the histamine.
