Abstract:

This production method is for producing a liquid medium composition by mixing a first liquid A1 containing a specific compound with a second liquid B1 containing a linking substance, wherein the method is carried out using this production device. This production device has a container 1 having at least two opening sections 2 and 3 on a wall section thereof. The two opening sections are linked together by a tube 4 provided outside the container. The tube has a portion having the shape and flexibility which allow the portion to be attached as a pumping tube to a peristaltic pump 5. This production method includes actuating the peristaltic pump so that the first liquid and the second liquid are circulated and mixed, and thereby forming the intended liquid medium composition in the container.
