Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a low-carbon olefin by Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil coupled with a low-carbon alcohol/ether oxygen-containing compound, and an apparatus for implementing the method. Specifically, according to the method of the present invention, Fischer-Tropsch synthetic naphtha and an optional low-carbon alcohol/ether oxygen-containing compound are first subjected to a coupling cracking reaction at a low temperature, and then butene and a mixed light hydrocarbon in an optional cracking product, and the low-carbon alcohol/ether oxygen-containing compound are subjected to a deep cracking reaction at a high temperature, so that a high yield of low-carbon olefins is obtained and high-octane gasoline component oil is co-produced. The method of the present invention is simple and feasible, the implementation of efficient utilization of a low value-added intermediate product in a syngas conversion process is facilitated, ethylene and propylene can be obtained in a yield of 55% or more and the high-octane gasoline component oil can be co-produced, and the yield of methane is below 6%; moreover, the reduction of emission of organic hazardous waste such as downstream alcohols and ethers obtained from syngas conversion is facilitated, and the added value of alcohol and ether by-products can also be increased.
