Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing LTP or LATP crystal particles which have reduced impurity contamination, are highly crystalline, and have excellent dispersibility. This method for producing LTP or LATP crystal particles is characterized by comprising steps of: producing glass which includes a molar ratio of 1+x(0≤x≤1) of Li2O, x of Al2O3, 4-2x of TiO2, 3+y(1≤y≤4) of P2O5, and greater than y and less than 3y of ZnO; heat treating and crystallizing the glass; and selectively eluting substances other than LTP or LATP crystals by an acid treatment.
