Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a metal powder, which is free from agglomeration and which does not use an organic solvent that causes increase in the production cost and complication of the production line.
A production method which comprises: a step (S1) wherein a metal powder, water and a water-soluble organic material are prepared; a step (S2) wherein the prepared metal powder, water and water-soluble organic material are mixed together and stirred; a step (S3) wherein the thus-obtained solution is dehydrated and dried; and a step (S4) wherein deagglomeration is carried out after drying. In the mixing/stirring step (S2), the water-soluble organic material is added so that the weight ratio of the water-soluble organic material to the metal powder is 0.5 wt% or more. In addition, in the mixing/stirring step (S2), the particle surfaces of the metal powder are covered with the organic material by means of an ionic bond.
