Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING MICROCHANNEL AND MICROCHANNEL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/103842
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a microchannel having an approximately circular cross section having no joined surfaces or inlets by means of a fewer number of steps than has been conventional. The method for producing a microchannel has: a step for forming an uncured curable resin (2) layer on a substrate (1); a step for inserting into the curable resin a needle body (3) that can inject a liquid (4); a step for injecting the liquid in a tubular shape into the curable resin via the needle body while moving the needle body; a step for extracting the needle body from within the curable resin; and a step for forming a channel (4A) at the tubular region at which the liquid was injected by means of curing the curable resin.
