Abstract:
A method for producing microvesicles, relating to the technical field of biological medicines, comprising the following steps: ultrasonically treating cells; culturing the ultrasonically treated cells in an incubator for 24-72 hours, and collecting a cellular supernatant; and purifying the cellular supernatant to obtain the microvesicles. The method for producing microvesicles simulates cells with an ultrasonic device to massively boost the production of microvesicles, to improve the yield of microvesicles of cellular origin, which is helpful for further clinical promotion and biological application of microvesicles. Moreover, an ultrasonic cell stimulation method adopted in the method for producing microvesicles has no damage to cells and is suitable for a variety of cells, including astrocytes, stem cells, etc. In addition, also provided are microvesicles obtained using the method for producing microvesicles and an application thereof in medicaments.
