Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing milk, the method being characterized by deaerating dissolved gas in the milk using a hollow-fiber membrane module while suppressing the smell of resin. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing milk which includes a step of deaerating the dissolved gas from the milk using the hollow-fiber membrane module, the method being characterized in that the hollow-fiber membrane used in the hollow-fiber membrane module includes a skin layer and a porous layer, and the skin layer comes into contact with the milk.
