Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for producing a modified micropattern using the curing characteristics of a resin for forming an omni-phobic surface having hydrophobicity and lipophobicity by modifying a micropattern using the phenomenon in which resin curing is inhibited by oxygen, the method comprising: a pattern forming step for performing an ultraviolet curing imprint process using a porous mold so that a partially cured layer, in which curing is inhibited by oxygen, is formed on the surface of a micropattern imprinted by pressing a resin applied on a substrate; and a pattern modifying step for pressing and curing the micropattern so that the micropattern is modified by the partially cured layer, wherein the porous mold is a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) mold, and the mixing ratio of the PDMS mold is determined such that the oxygen permeability is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference value.
