Abstract:
The present invention is a method for producing a molded fiber-reinforced plastic involving, in the following order: a laminate formation step for forming a preform laminate (5b) secured to a molding die (6), the preform laminate (5b) being formed by laminating, via a fixing resin (2) formed on the surface of a dry fiber fabric (4) and containing a partially-cured thermosetting resin exerting tackiness at room temperature, a plurality of preforms (5a) containing the dry fiber fabric (4) and the fitting resin (2); an impregnation step for impregnating the dry fiber fabric (4) within the preform laminate (5b) secured to the molding die (6) with a liquid thermosetting resin (11); a curing step for forming a molded fiber-reinforced plastic by curing the liquid thermosetting resin (11) and the fixing resin (2); and a demolding step for demolding the molded fiber-reinforced plastic from the molding die (6).
