Abstract:

Provided are: a method for producing a multi-copolymer having excellent breaking strength; a multi-copolymer having excellent breaking strength; a rubber composition having excellent breaking strength; and a tire having excellent breaking strength. The method for producing a multi-copolymer is a method for producing a multi-copolymer having a conjugated diene unit, a non-conjugated olefin unit, and an aromatic vinyl unit, the method being characterized by comprising a step for adding a conjugated diene compound in portions into a reactor containing a catalyst and at least one selected from among a non-conjugated olefin compound and an aromatic vinyl compound. The multi-copolymer is characterized by being obtained by said production method. The rubber composition is characterized by containing said multi-copolymer as a rubber component. The tire is characterized by using said rubber composition.
