Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING N-SUBSTITUTED AMINO ACID RESIDUE-CONTAINING CYCLIC PEPTIDE COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/080333
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present inventors found that a target cyclic peptide compound can be efficiently produced while preventing epimerization and reducing multimer formation, by linking the N-terminal amino acid residue with the C-terminal amino acid residue of a peptide compound, in which at least one of the N-terminal and C-terminal amino acid residues is a cyclic amino acid residue, in a solvent containing one or more selected from the group consisting of acetonitrile, dimethyl carbonate, 2-MeTHF and anisole.
