Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing nanoparticles. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing nanoparticles by depositing a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment, wherein the deposition of the diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment and the crystal transition thereof to the α-form are conducted substantially in a single step to thereby deposit α-form diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment nanoparticles having a high crystallinity.
A method for producing nanoparticles which comprises mixing a solution of a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment dissolved in a solvent with an alcoholic solvent containing an alcohol compound solvent in a thin-film fluid formed between at least two treating faces (1, 2), which are located opposite to each other in such a manner that these treatment faces can be moved toward and away from each other and at least one of which is rotatable against the other treatment face, thereby depositing α-form diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment nanoparticles. This method for producing nanoparticles is characterized in that at least one of the diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment solution and the alcoholic solvent contains an acidic substance.
