Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing, with a high yield, a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound having a high purity, superior production suitability, and superior environmental suitability. The method for producing a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound according to the present invention comprises synthesizing a compound having a structure represented by general formula [2], by causing a reaction of a compound having a structure represented by general formula [1] with bromine in the presence of a silver salt, sulfuric acid, and a carboxylic acid.
