Abstract:
Provided are: a nobiletin composition having excellent solubility in water; and a method for producing the nobiletin composition in a simple manner.
A method for producing a nobiletin-containing solid dispersion, comprising the steps of: mixing nobiletin or a nobiletin-containing substance with a water-soluble hesperidin derivative and then melting the resultant mixture by heating; and cooling the molten product thus melted to solidify the molten product. A nobiletin-containing composition produced by the method.
