Abstract:
Provided are: a method for producing orally disintegrating tablets which exhibit rapid disintegrability while maintaining the hardness thereof; and a method for shortening the disintegration time of orally disintegrating tablets while maintaining the hardness of the orally disintegrating tablets. The method for producing orally disintegrating tablets according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) spraying a granulation solution onto core particles while fluidizing the core particles in a fluidized bed granulator to produce first granules each containing a medicinal component; (B) subjecting a dry granulation raw material containing the first granules to dry-mode granulation to produce second granules; and (C) tableting a tableting raw material containing the second granules.
