Abstract:
[Problem] To effectively release microalga cells and intercellular matrices and obtain an easy-to-use organic compound derived from microalga. [Solution] Provided is a method for producing an organic compound, comprising: a releasing step in which microalga cells included in a microalga slurry are released to obtain released cells and intercellular matrices; an intercellular matrix recovery step in which the released cells and the intercellular matrices are separated to obtain the intercellular matrices; and an organic compound obtaining step in which the intercellular matrices obtained in the intercellular matrix recovery step are used to obtain an organic compound derived from microalga.
