Abstract:
Provided is a method for effectively removing fatty acids contained in oxidized hops. More specifically, provided is a method for producing an oxidized hop composition having a reduced fatty acid content, said method comprising a step for contacting oxidized hops with a supercritical carbon dioxide-containing fluid.
