Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a package allowing prevention of damage to stacked encased bodies at low cost. The method is characterized by comprising: a step for stacking multiple encased bodies 10; a step for attaching reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 such that the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 cover the lateral-surface outer peripheries of the stacked encased bodies 10; and a step for fixing the stacked encased bodies 10 by winding a fixing band 12 from the outer sides of the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14, wherein, at the step for attaching the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14, the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 are attached on the lateral surfaces of the encased bodies 10 such that ends of the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 protrude respectively from the top surfaces of the encased bodies 10 of the uppermost layer and the bottom surfaces of the encased bodies 10 of the lowermost layer, and, at the step for fixing the stacked encased bodies 10, the ends of the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 protruding respectively from the top surfaces of the encased bodies 10 of the uppermost layer and the bottom surfaces of the encased bodies 10 of the lowermost layer are bent respectively toward the top surface side of the uppermost layer and the bottom surface side of the lowermost layer so as to cover edge sections of the encased bodies 10, and the fixing band 12 is wound over the edge sections with the reinforcement sheet materials 13, 14 interposed between the fixing band 12 and the edge sections.
