Abstract:
A method for producing a patterned conductive base, which comprises: a step for forming a resist layer on a part of the outermost layer of a conductive base wherein at least a base, an inorganic oxide layer and a conductive layer are sequentially formed in this order; and a step for patterning the conductive layer by bringing the conductive base into contact with an aqueous solution containing fluoride ions, thereby removing the conductive layer together with the inorganic oxide layer in portions where the resist is not formed.
Provided is a novel method for patterning a conductive film, which has excellent handleability and for which existing equipment can be used.
