Abstract:
A method for producing a plastic-processed natural stone composite board, specifically comprises the following steps: 1) bonding preparation of a three-layer structure planar composite material board: bonding a natural stone thin sheet (1) as a surface layer to the surface of a plastic material base layer (3) by means of a modified epoxy resin (2); 2), cutting dividing grooves (4) of a certain depth on the stone surface layer of the planar composite material board at a certain space width; 3), placing the planar composite material board after the dividing grooves (4) into a stamping die for stamping to form a desired shape of a finished product; 4), using a transparent epoxy resin to fill gaps, so that the dividing grooves (4) are refilled and flushed with the stone surface layer; and 5) performing polishing to form a complete surface decorative layer. The method saves materials, reducing the cost of materials; and also reduces the loss of raw materials and pollution during processing, and enables large-scale production of products, greatly improving labor productivity.
