Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a graft copolymer of a macromonomer latex and a liquid olefin monomer which enables to suppress generation of scales while improving the productivity. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a polyolefin graft copolymer wherein olefin monomers are polymerized in a latex of macromonomers using a coordination polymerization catalyst composed of a late transition metal. This method is characterized in that the olefin monomers are emulsified in advance and then added into the latex of the macromonomers.
