Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYPEPTIDE, TAG, EXPRESSION VECTOR, METHOD FOR EVALUATING POLYPEPTIDE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING NUCLEIC ACID DISPLAY LIBRARY, AND SCREENING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/048290
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This method for producing a polypeptide comprising expressing a polypeptide as a tag-added polypeptide comprises expressing the tag-added polypeptide from a nucleic acid having: a base sequence which is arranged immediately after a start codon and encodes a tag including the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and a base sequence which is arranged in a frame downstream from the base sequence encoding the tag and encodes the polypeptide. SEQ ID NO: 1: Val-Lys-Lys-(Xaa)n. (Xaa)n is a sequence of n of any amino acids, wherein n is an integer of 1-8, and amino acids constituting (Xaa)n may be at least one kind or at least two kinds.
