Abstract:
A polyisocyanate ingredient including bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane is reacted with a polyol ingredient including a macropolyol in such a proportion that the equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) exceeds 1.0 to thereby obtain a prepolymer composition including an isocyanate-group-terminated prepolymer. The prepolymer composition is reacted with a chain extender to synthesize a polyurethane resin. Antioxidants are added in the prepolymer production step and/or the chain extension step. The antioxidants include a both-hindered phenolic antioxidant and a phosphite-based antioxidant. The proportion of the both-hindered phenolic antioxidant is 0.30-1.00 part by mass per 100 parts by mass of the prepolymer composition. The reaction between the prepolymer composition and the chain extender is conducted at a temperature of 120-140°C.
