Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POROUS HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE FOR HUMIDIFICATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/004212
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, a porous hollow fiber membrane for humidification is produced by subjecting a spinning dope, which comprises a water-soluble organic solvent solution of a polyphenylsulfone resin and a hydrophilic polyvinylpyrrolidone, to dry-wet spinning using water as a core liquid, then carrying out a crosslinking treatment for 1-20 hours at a temperature of 120-220ºC, and then immersing the resultant material in an acidic solution having a concentration of 5-500 ppm. The obtained porous hollow fiber membrane enables an improvement in hydrophilic properties and can increase the humidifying performance of a porous hollow fiber membrane body without compromising wettability, and is therefore effective as a humidifying membrane for a fuel cell.
