Abstract:
A method for producing an R-T-B system sintered magnet according to the present disclosure comprises: a grinding step in which an R-T-B system alloy powder is produced by grinding an R-T-B system alloy; a powder storage step in which the R-T-B system alloy powder is immersed and stored in a solution tank in which an oil agent is contained; a molding step in which the R-T-B system alloy powder after the powder storage step is subjected to compression molding, thereby producing a molded body; and a sintering step in which the molded body is sintered. If Do is the amount of dissolved oxygen in the oil agent in the solution tank in the powder storage step, Do satisfies Do < 2.5 mg/l.
