Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing recovered oil with waste oil or recovered heavy oil as a raw material. Also disclosed is a method for producing recovered oil, which includes a step for distilling waste oil or recovered heavy oil under reduced pressure using a thin-film distillation device, or either a batch or continuous distillation device to separate the distilled oil under reduced pressure into evaporated fraction and vinasse, the normal pressure reduced boiling point of which is in the range of 350˚C-565˚C, and a step for mixing the oil consisting of the obtained evaporated fraction with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), and then performing phase-separation into an oil phase and an NMP phase to recover the oil phase. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing recovered oil, which includes a step for distilling waste oil or recovered heavy oil under reduced pressure to separate at least part of evaporated fraction, the normal pressure reduced boiling point of which is in the range of 350˚C-565˚C, a step for mixing the obtained evaporated fraction with NMP, and then performing phase-separation into an oil phase and an NMP phase to obtain the oil phase, and a step for reducing NMP content by distilling the oil phase under reduced pressure.
