Abstract:
This method for producing recycled plastic obtains recycled plastic from a packaging material (A). The packaging material (A) has a plastic laminate and a printed layer provided on at least one surface of the plastic laminate. The plastic laminate, which is on the outermost surface of the packaging material (A), does not include a chromatic colored ink. The amount of polyolefin resin in the packaging material (A) is 80 mass% or more. The method for producing recycled plastic includes step 1 of obtaining a laminate (B) by immersing the packaging material (A) in a release liquid including a surfactant to remove 85 mass% or more of the printed layer, and a step 2 of melting and kneading the laminate (B) using an extrusion device provided with a screw and a discharge section.
