Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a regenerative conveyor belt, which prevents a reduction in operating efficiency caused by the stop of a conveyor belt over a long period, an increase in equipment cost and product cost due to ensuring large storage space, a price increase in a regenerative conveyor belt associated with the disposal of un-vulcanized rubber, or the like.
Half-cut sections (2a) of a standard general rubber sheet (2) having a constant width and thickness are arranged on a table belt (1), and in a state in which an un-vulcanized sheet consisting of a functional rubber is provided between at least the half-cut standard general rubber sheets (2a) so that the un-vulcanized sheet has a thickness of not less than the thickness of the half-cut standard general rubber sheets (2a), vulcanization is applied to the entire sheets.
