Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a resin molded body of a hollow structure body having a hollow portion, and an opening for connecting the hollow portion to the outside, wherein the method is provided with a step for forming a hollow core corresponding to the shape of the hollow portion, a step for forming an outer die corresponding to the outer shape of the hollow structure body, a step for setting the core in the outer die and injecting a soft resin material to a gap formed between the outer die and the core, a step for demolding a soft resin molded body formed when the soft resin material is cured, a step for crushing and fragmenting the core by deforming the soft resin molded body by applying an external force to the soft resin molded body, and a step for discharging the fragmented core to the outside from the opening of the soft resin molded body.
