Abstract:
In order to make it possible to produce a retreaded tire for aircraft having exceptional durability and to reduce the calorific value of the shoulder part during travel and reduce the shear strain in the circumferential direction of the tire, a method for producing a retreaded tire for aircraft is provided in which a retreaded tire for aircraft is produced using a retreaded tire vulcanization mold (1A) formed such that the diameter (1X) of the retreaded tire vulcanization mold at a position 60%-75% of a distance (A) from a mold-widthwise-direction center position (3A) on a tread-forming surface (2A), where the distance (A) is the distance from the mold-widthwise-direction center position (3A) to the mold-widthwise-direction outermost position (4F) on a tread-forming surface (2A) of a tire of a retreaded tire vulcanization mold (1A), is less than the diameter (1Y) of a new tire vulcanization mold (1B) at a position 60%-75% of a distance (A) from a mold-widthwise-direction center position (3B) on a tread-forming surface (2B), where the distance (A) is the distance from the mold-widthwise-direction center position (3B) to the mold-widthwise-direction outermost position (4F) on a tread-forming surface (2B) of a tire of a new tire vulcanization mold (1B).
