Abstract:
A method for producing a roll sheet comprising forming a laminated sheet by compressing and integrating a plurality of stacked fiber sheets, accumulating the laminated sheet moving in a continuous direction of the sheet within a moving passage of the laminated sheet, and winding the laminated sheet. Forming the laminated sheet comprises a first compression to form a laminated sheet in which a plurality of first regions and second regions are alternately arranged in the continuous direction, the second region a having higher compression degree than the first region and being arranged along a crossing direction which crosses the continuous direction; a second compression which is performed after the first compression and forms a laminated sheet wherein at least the first regions are compressed. Accumulating the laminated sheet is performed after the first compression, and comprises forming a loop of the laminated sheet by locating the laminated sheet around a peripheral surface of a rotational roller. Winding the laminated sheet is performed after the second compression, and comprises winding the laminated sheet around a core located at the downstream side of the rotational roller.
