Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a rubber wet master batch using at least a rubber powder, filler, dispersion solvent, and rubber latex solution as the starting materials, wherein the method comprises: a step (I) for producing a rubber powder solution by adding at least a portion of the rubber latex solution when the rubber powder is dispersed in the dispersion solvent, the rubber powder solution including a rubber powder onto which rubber latex particles are adhered; a step (II) for producing a rubber powder-containing slurry solution by adding a filler into the rubber powder solution and mixing the same; and a step (III) for mixing the rubber powder-containing slurry solution and remaining rubber latex solution and then coagulating and drying the product.
