Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an efficient production method capable of obtaining economically and in large quantities self-assembling peptide derivatives that are useful in the fields of regenerative medicine and surgery. The provided production method combines (i) a convergent sequence construction step in which an amino acid sequence common unit is used, and (ii) a step in which after isolation as salts such as 2-sulfate, 4-methanesulfonic acid salt or 4 trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) salt, salt exchange with 4-hydrochloride is performed.
