Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To provide a method of producing a sheet-type dried bonito flakes which can be wound into a roll regardless of the strength of the sheet-type dried bonito flakes. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A sheet-type food is produced by coating a plastic film (2)under continuous supply with a binder, adhering a flaky food material thereto, forming a continuous sheet of the flaky food material with a hot press roller (9), once peeling off the sheet-type food (14) from the plastic film (2) by using a separator (12), and then laminating them again followed by winding into a roll.
