Abstract:
A method for producing a soft magnetic material comprises a step for preparing a soft magnetic powder containing a plurality of soft magnetic particles (10), a step for removing surfaces (10a) of the soft magnetic particles (10) by etching the soft magnetic powder, and a step following the etching step wherein the soft magnetic powder is subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature not less than 400&ring C and not more than 900&ring C. By this method, there can be obtained a soft magnetic material having desired magnetic characteristics.
