Abstract:
Provided is a method for efficiently producing a soft sheet, especially a method for producing a soft sheet wherein the rolling process is shortened. The method for producing a soft sheet comprises: an extrusion process wherein a mixture which is the raw material for the soft sheet and a die having a cross-sectional hole for passing the mixture are prepared, and a long object is molded by passing the mixture through the cross-sectional hole of the die; a cutting process wherein the long object molded in the extrusion process is cut to obtain a predetermined cut object; and a rolling process wherein a sheet of uniform properties is formed by rolling the predetermined cut object obtained in the cutting process. The method is characterized in that a material for the mixture is a composition produced by blending an inorganic filler into a fluororesin, and the long object formed in the extrusion process has an annular cross-sectional shape.
