Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a sulfur-containing mineral modified silicate cement clinker, the method involving adding a modified cement hardened mortar micropowder to a kiln from a dry rotary kiln head position of the kiln by means of a coal injection pipe to finally obtain the sulfur-containing mineral modified silicate cement clinker, wherein the modified cement hardened mortar micropowder is obtained by crushing waste concrete and separating coarse aggregate therefrom to obtain a hardened cement mortar, then adding a liquid auxiliary agent during the grinding of the hardened cement mortar for surface modification, and then subjecting same to powder classification. The cement hardened mortar in waste concrete is used as the main raw material. By means of a gas-solid reaction, an improved sulfur cycle in the rotary kiln is achieved; moreover, by means of a secondary solid phase reaction for producing calcium sulfosilicate and calcium sulfoaluminate minerals, the firing of a multiphase composite clinker system is also achieved.
