Abstract:

A method of producing a synthetic resin wire, comprising: an extruding step of extruding and molding a synthetic resin wire; a pre-cooling step of pre-cooling the extruded/molded wire to temperatures (T°C) satisfying the relation, T$m(F){(a softening point of the synthetic resin)+5?} [°C], by spraying a cooling medium onto the wire; and a main cooling step of cooling the pre-cooled wire by passing it through water.
